Items That Cannot Be Returned:
  Products that are defective, and/or DOA (Damaged On Arrival), can be returned for repair/replacement.  If your return is shipped after the timeframes indicated above or without a packing slip or an authorization number, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

The refund will be issued once it is confirmed that the item is in the same condition that you received it, has the return authorization number and packing slip.
